Property Transfers
We manage all forms of property transfers, including:

- Sectional title transfers
- Government-subsidised housing transfers such as RDP and FLISP transactions
- Bare dominium and usufruct transfers

Township Establishment & Registers

Transfers & Bonds (R293 & R16)
We specialise in transfers and bond registrations in former homeland areas under Proclamations R293 and R16, ensuring compliant and efficient processing.
Surveyor-General Liaison
We liaise with the Surveyor-General to secure approval of SG diagrams required for township establishment, subdivisions, and property development.
